SNP genotyping is a technique used for analyzing single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP), which refers to the single nucleotide variation in a genetic sequence.

We offer two types of methods, namely Sanger sequencing and real-time PCR, which can be effectively used for SNP screening and provide validation for SNP locus respectively.

These analytical techniques can be used to predict diseases and identify genetic characteristics and lineage of the study subjects or groups. This service can also be used for systematic classifications and development of diagnostic kits.
