Subcloning & Mutagenesis Services
Subcloning is the process which DNA fragment is cleaved by specific restriction enzymes and re-cloned into desired vector of your choice. Basically, there is no limitation in the size of DNA fragment and the size of vector could be up to 20kb.
Mutagenesis is the process of introducing site-directed mutagenesis on a DNA sequence to make specific nucleotide changes.
