Gene Fragment Synthesis

Gene fragments are double-stranded, linear DNA fragments of 100-3,000bp without subcloning into a vector. This is a convenient option due to shorter lead time and lower cost involved.

Gene fragments are widely used in/as:

Assembling of multiple gene fragments to make full-length gene constructs for protein expression and purification
gRNA expression cassettes such as CRISPR/Cas9-based gene editing
Donor constructs
Template for in vitro transcription

GC content	30 – 68% (Presence of repeats, hairpins, high GC will not be qualified for this service
Protection nucleotide (optional)	Kindly indicate if this service is required (This service is NOT included by default). Please provide details of the preferred protection bases. Otherwise, the default protection bases will be 5’GGAAC-3’GTTCC.
