Trypsin solution is used to detach adherent cells from tissue culture dish and to dissociate cells from one another. This reagent contains 0.25% Trypsin in 0.01M Phosphate buffer saline. It is sterile-filtered and can be directly used for cell culture. It does contain not contain EDTA and Phenol Red. |
