The SpinDesalt Column-P96 is a disposable, easy to operate product suitable for desalting, buffer exchange or removal of small molecules of proteins or other macromolecule samples with a molecular weight greater than 5000Da. It consists of 600µl of Smartdex G-25 medium, which is a type of gel filtration chromatography medium made out of dextran. This product can desalinate up to 96 samples at a time using centrifugation, which is a fast and high-throughput process |
