The SpinDesalt Column-10 is a disposable, easy to operate product suitable for desalting, buffer exchange or removal of small molecules of proteins or other macromolecule samples with a molecular weight greater than 5000Da. It consists of 10ml of Smartdex G-25 medium, which is a type of gel filtration chromatography medium made out of dextran. This product can be done via centrifugation, allowing the samples to be collected by fraction and multiple samples to be processed at the same time. |
