| Description: |
Acts as a supplement for PALCAM, MYP, SPS Agar Bases, and Tryptone Soy Broth. Polymyxin B inhibits other accompanying gram-negative bacteria in the respective culture media. Add each vial of 1 mg (SG7352), 1 mg (SG7284), 1.2 mg (SG7370) or 2.25 mg (SG7332) to 95 mL of MYP Agar Base, 100 mL of PALCAM Agar Base, 100 mL of SPS Agar Base or 225 mL of Tryptone Soy Broth respectively. |
