Penicillin Streptomycin Amphotericin B solution is used in cell culture media. When reconstituted in 10ml of sterile water, the concentrations of antibiotic are as followed: Penicillin G, Sodium Salt > 10KU/ml, Streptomycin Sulfate > 10mg/ml and Amphotericin B > 250μg/ml. It is effective against yeast, fungi, Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. |
