Mycoplasma Prevention Solution

Mycoplasma contamination frequently happens in cell culture. The presence of mycoplasma will influences the growth and proliferation of cells in culture negatively. Mycoplasma Prevention Solution contains a certain type of peptide that is able to prevention mycoplasma contamination. This product is also effective in eliminating some common gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.

However, due to its effectiveness on a wide spectrum of bacteria, it is not recommended to use this product with other antibiotics to prevent any cell toxicity effects. This Mycoplasma Prevention Solution is mainly used to prevent mycoplasma contamination in the cell culture. For elimination of mycoplasma, please refer to Mycoplasma Elimination Solution (UCC8102)
