The Mouse IL-4 ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) kit is an in vitro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative measurement of Mouse IL-4. Interleukin-4 (IL4), also known as a B-cell stimulatory factor1 (BSF1), is an immunomodulatory cytokine, which can inhibit the growth of tumor cells. This assay employs a biotinylated antibody specific for Mouse IL-4 coated on a 96-well plate and uses a colorimetric detection method with HRP-conjugated streptavidin, measured at 450 nm. |
