The Mouse IL-10 ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) kit is an in vitro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative measurement of Mouse IL-10. Interleukin-10 (IL-10), also called cytokine synthesis inhibitory factor, is an important cytokine with anti-inflammatory, anti-immune, and antifibrotic functions. It is implicated in tumorigenesis, and it has been shown that polymorphisms in its gene promoter correlate with differential amounts of production. This assay employs a biotinylated antibody specific for Mouse IL-10 coated on a 96-well plate and uses a colorimetric detection method with HRP-conjugated streptavidin, measured at 450 nm. |
