The Mouse CXCL2 ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) kit is an in vitro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative measurement of Mouse CXCL2, also known as Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 2-Alpha (MIP2-alpha). CXCL2 is a chemokine secreted by cells such as macrophages and monocytes. They activate neutrophils and other immune cells to sites of inflammation, playing a crucial role in the innate immune response and inflammation. This assay employs a biotinylated antibody specific for Mouse CXCL2 coated on a 96-well plate and uses a colorimetric detection method with HRP-conjugated streptavidin, measured at 450 nm. |
