Listeria Chromogenic Agar is used for the detection, isolation and enumeration of Listeria monocytogenes. |

| Storage: | Store in a dark place at room temperature before use. |
| Preparation | 1. Base medium: Take 51.5 g of the dry powder and dissolve it in a clean conical flask with 1000mL of deionized water, stir well, and sterilize the dissolved culture medium at 121°C for 15 minutes. 2. Supplement: Add 9.0 g of the supplement to 40 mL of sterile water, and stir quickly (700 rpm – 1000 rpm) with a magnetic stirrer until evenly mixed (for at least 30 minutes). Do not heat, and ensure it completely dissolves to form a smooth, creamy homogeneous solution. 3. Add the mixed supplement to the base medium cooled to 45℃~50℃, shake gently to mix it thoroughly, and then pour the mixture into petri dishes. |
