| Description: | Sterile Polystyrene inoculation needle and loops (1μl & 10μl). Generally, inoculation needle is used to transfer microorganism in solid media by puncturing the dense cultural material. The 1μl inoculation loop is used to transfer bacteria to another medium, while the 10μl loop is used for streaking of microorganism onto petri-dish to isolate individual colonies. |
