The Human GM-CSF ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) kit is an in vitro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative measurement of Human Granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF). Human GM-CSF is a glycoprotein that is essential for the in vitro proliferation and differentiation of precursor cells into mature granulocytes and macrophages. This assay employs a biotinylated antibody specific for Human GM-CSF coated on a 96-well plate and uses a colorimetric detection method with HRP-conjugated streptavidin, measured at 450 nm. |
