Glucose Colorimetric Microplate Assay Kit

Glucose (C₆H₁₂O₆) is an important diagnostic marker for metabolic disorders, with elevated levels associated with diabetes mellitus and endocrine hyperactivity, and decreased levels observed in insulin-secreting tumors and endocrine insufficiencies. The Glucose Colorimetric Microplate Assay Kit provides a simple and sensitive method for measuring glucose concentration in various samples, based on glucose oxidase–mediated enzymatic oxidation of glucose followed by a colorimetric reaction with a dye that is quantified by absorbance at 505 nm.
