| Storage: | Store in a dark place at room temperature before use. |
| Preparation | 1. Suspend 29.2g in 1L of purified water in a clean Erlenmeyer flask. 2. Heat with frequent agitation and boil to completely dissolve the powder. Do not overheat or autoclave. 3. Allow the medium to cool to 45°C–50°C, gently swirl to mix evenly, then pour into Petri dishes and set aside for use. |
