| Description: |
Acts as a supplement for Listeria Enrichment Broth Base or PALCAM Agar Base. Acriflavine inhibits other accompanying gram-positive bacteria in the respective culture media. Add each vial of 3 mg (SG7277) or 5 mg (SG7278) to 225 mL or 200 mL of Listeria Enrichment Broth Base to prepare LB1 and LB2 respectively. Add each vial of 0.5 mg (SG7283) to 100 mL of PALCAM Agar Base. |
