| Description: | Protein Sample Loading Buffer for SDS-PAGE, 5× (NO DTT) is a modified protein loading buffer with bromophenol blue as dye and offered at 5× concentration, commonly used for protein sample preparation for non-reducing SDS-PAGE electrophoresis. This product contains SDS, bromophenol blue, but NO DTT. Dilute and mix with protein sample in 1:4 ratio and boil at 95oC for 5 – 10mins before running on SDS-PAGE |
