| Description: | This bromophenol blue-based DNA sample loading dye is used for DNA sample preparation for DNA gel electrophoresis. The loading dye increases the density and adds colour to the sample, thereby easing the sample loading process. In 1 % agarose gels bromophenol blue comigrates with ~300 bp fragment. This product is in 6X concentrated form. Dilute and mix with DNA sample in 1:5 ratio. |
