| Description: |
Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS) is a balanced salt solution that can be used in a variety of biological assays especially in immunohistology protocols. It is often used for rinsing of tissue, washing of cells, transportation of cells or tissues, preparation of reagents, or as a diluent. This product is sterilized by 0.1μm filter, and can therefore be used directly, without any treatment such as dilution and sterilization. Note: The salt concentration of this buffer is 137mM NaCl, 2.7mM KCl, 10mM Na2HPO4.12H2O and 1.8mM KH2PO4. |
