Microbial Identification

DNA sequencing and sequence alignment are widely applied and accepted as methods of bacterial detection and identification to meet the needs of microbiologists. Bacterial or fungal gDNA is amplified via PCR and sequenced for analysis.

Service Types:

Cultured Bacteria or Yeast, Genomic DNA

DNA Types:
  1. Fungal identification with 18s rRNA, 5.8 rRNA or 25s-28s rRNA.
  2. Bacterial identification with 16s rRNA.
